PROFRACTIONAL TREATMENT
Profractional treatment is a good option for clients who are looking for younger looking skin, or to improve acne scars, wrinkles or sun damage in a comfortable treatment with fast recovery. Many skin areas can be treated, including the face, neck, chest and hands.
How much does it cost?
Treatment pricing depends on the extent of the areas treated.
$1200 - $5000
Does it hurt?
The procedure normally takes less than 30–60 minutes and feels like tiny zings of heat. Topical anesthetic cream can be applied for comfort if needed. Immediately following the procedure it will feel like a light sunburn sensation. Pain medicines can be prescribed, though most patients use only Tylenol.
What is the downtime?
Patients will need two days to get through the sunburn sensation. Peeling will begin on day four and lasts about two days. Most patients can return to work within two days after treatment, and cosmetics can be applied.
How many treatments will I need?
The Profractional treatment is typically completed in a series of three treatments, spaced four to six weeks apart.
Medical note:
Clients should not take any blood thinners (i.e. Vitamin E, Aspirin or Coumadin) for two weeks after treatment.
It is also important to keep the treated areas out of the sun, specially for the two weeks preceding and following your treatment.
Treatment cannot be administered if you are pregnant
